1. Framework & Scope of Practice These terms outline the operational framework for Higher Healing ("We", "Us", "Our"). By booking a package, consultation, or session, you agree to these terms.
Professional Boundaries: Practitioners at Higher Healing practice in accordance with the ethical frameworks of Naturopathy, Nutritional Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & Matrix Reimprinting, Medical Intuition, and Spiritual Wellbeing, governed by CNHC Code of Conduct and BANT guidelines.
Medical Disclaimer & Client Responsibility: Our health advice, plans, and website content are designed to support holistic health; they are not substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for contacting your GP regarding medical concerns.
You must inform your GP of any nutritional or supplement strategy if you are receiving medical treatment, to avoid potential interactions with prescription medications.
Do not cease conventional treatment or medication without consulting your doctor.
Degree of benefit varies per individual due to unique health profiles; specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Recording Policy: Recording consultations via electronic audio or video media without explicit written consent from both you and your practitioner is strictly prohibited.
2. Services & Package Structure
Root Cause Diagnostic Session: Single consultation (£222).
Holistic Health Continuity Packages: 4-Session Package (£555) | 8-Session Package (£999).
Core Transformation Programmes:

6-Month Health Transformation Programme (£1,777)
12-Month Ultimate Transformation Partnership (£2,999)
3. Expiration Dates & Session Validity Consistency drives results. Packages carry set validity windows starting from the date of purchase:
Root Cause Diagnostic Session: Valid for 30 Calendar Days.
4-Session Continuity Package: Valid for 2 months.
8-Session Continuity Package: Valid for 4 months.
3-Month Root-Cause Reset: Valid for 4 months.
6-Month Health Transformation Programme: Valid for 8 months.
12-Month Ultimate Transformation Partnership: Valid for 14 months.
Sessions remaining after expiration are forfeited and non-refundable. Extensions due to extenuating circumstances are granted strictly at practitioner discretion upon written request.
4. Payment Terms, Flexible Payment Plans & Third Parties
Payment Methods: Online card payments, cash (in-person only), or BACS transfer.
Fixed Total Obligation (Flexible Payment Plans): Selecting an automated installment option spreads your payments over time but does not create a month-to-month subscription. You are legally bound to pay the full agreed programme fee regardless of attendance or early completion.
Failed Payments: If an automated payment fails, services are suspended after 2 business days. A 7-day grace period is provided to update billing details. Unresolved defaults will be referred to an external debt collection agency, adding a 30% recovery fee plus legal costs to your outstanding balance.
Functional Testing & Supplements: Testing (e.g., Genova, Regenerus) and supplements (e.g., Natural Dispensary, Amrita) are paid directly to third-party suppliers and are non-refundable through Higher Healing. Practitioners may receive affiliate commissions or lab interpretation fees, which are passed on in part as client discounts.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policies
Cooling-Off Period: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cancellation window. However, attending a consultation or accessing digital portal materials during this time constitutes a request for immediate performance, waiving your right to cancel. Valid pre-service refunds are subject to processing fee deductions (e.g., Stripe fees).
Medical Refunds: If a legitimate medical condition permanently prevents you from continuing your programme, unused consultation fees will be refunded upon receipt of satisfactory proof from your GP.
Practitioner Inability: If your practitioner cannot fulfill sessions, we will attempt to match you with an alternative practitioner. If unavailable, a prorated refund for remaining sessions will be issued.
24-Hour Session Cancellation: Rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice (or due to client internet connectivity failure) will be billed in full and forfeited.
6. Client Risk Acknowledgment & Health Reactions Higher Healing recommends natural, root-cause strategies. You acknowledge that natural therapies, dietary changes, and supplements can sometimes trigger temporary physiological responses (e.g., detoxification or healing responses). You accept this inherent risk when embarking on a protocol.
7. Confidentiality, Data & Multi-Practitioner Care
Records: Notes and data are stored securely per UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
GP Contact & Safety: We collect GP details during intake. Confidentiality may be breached if your practitioner has serious safety concerns regarding you or another individual.
Team Collaboration: With your informed consent, relevant case information may be shared securely among members of the Higher Healing clinical team to deliver coordinated care.
8. Minors (Under 18s) Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or provide written parental consent prior to consultation.
9. Complaints & Concerns If you have concerns about your service, email hello@higherhealing.co.uk. All formal complaints are reviewed and addressed within 28 days.
10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law Higher Healing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Updates posted on higherhealing.co.uk take effect immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
